- Leave the second skin on for up to 72 hours: remove carefully under warm water.
- Wash the tattoo with neutral soap: use warm water and dry the skin with kitchen paper, patting lightly.
- Apply bepanthen tattoo, cicaplast, aquaphor or coconut oil: use a thin layer, 3 times a day for about 10 days.
- Avoid sun exposure: protect the tattoo from the sun during healing. After healing, always use sunscreen to preserve the colors.
- Do not scratch or remove the skin: let the skin fall off naturally, it is normal for the skin to flake. This skipped step can result in ink failure.
- Avoid swimming pools, sea and long baths: keep the tattoo away from immersion for 3/4 weeks.
- Wear loose clothing.
- Hydration is essential: Continue to hydrate the skin even after healing to prolong its longevity.
